Shipping policy

Here at Boardwalk & Parlor we acquire products from many sources ranging from Local craftsmen, national and international vendors from around the world.  Our Standard processing time is 1-2 days. Actual shipping times can range from 3-12 business days depending on carrier and the warehouse we ship from. We will usually state time frames in product listings. Please allow extra time during the holiday season. Sometimes products will arrive in separate packages to expedite shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided for your convenience. Orders that total $75 or more will receive Free Shipping.

We ship worldwide and all orders are trackable via your country's national shipping service (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, etc.)

Please make sure to enter your correct shipping information and that there are no mistakes because we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

We are also not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the postal carrier.( Sad we even have to say that) If after 6 weeks you do not receive your item, we will happily reship your item to you at no additional cost as long as you entered the correct information on the checkout page.
